Hi everyone!

I'm Jun (she/her/hers), a Registered Massage Therapist practicing in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
I'm a graduate of the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy (CCMH).

I'm also trained in the Master Level of Reiki, a Japanese energy healing technique...

...and reflexology, a system of working on reflex areas of the feet that correspond to different parts of the body.

Both modalities are excellent for stress relief and can be included in a massage therapy session.

I have essential oils as well if you're interested in adding some aromatherapy to enhance the relaxing, uplifting quality of the massage.
I have a particular interest in studying and treating:

  • Headaches/migraines, neck tension
  • Temporal Mandibular Joint (TMJ) Dysfunction (jaw tension, locking, clicking, clenching, grinding)
  • Scoliosis (sideways curvature and twisting/rotating of the spine)
  • The fascial system of the body (layer of connective tissue below the skin that encases all our bones, muscles, organs, blood vessels and nerves - it's the source of a lot of aches and pains, and can be manually manipulated to decrease pain and regain mobility)
Give yourself the gift of health!
Massage therapy can be used to help heal a specific physical ailment (neck tension, low back pain, and so on) or simply to rest, rejuvenate and relax.

Pressure can be tailored to suit your needs - from gentle touch to intense sensation.

Some benefits of massage therapy:

  • excellent for unwinding tight, sore muscles
  • reduce stress/promote relaxation
  • manage pain
  • improve joint mobility
  • increase blood circulation
  • increase lymphatic circulation

Massage Therapy can help you feel like your best self!
